Date Night in Loop/River North

I have some great plans for my girlfriend this Thursday that will take us into the loop. Since I'm not familair with the restaurants in the Loop or River North are, I'm open to any suggestions?! Nothing fancy (expensive) as we won't be dressed for it. Thanks so much!!!

How about La Madia for pizza and salads? You can go casual, but it's still trendy and fun... Or, sit outside at Quartino for small plates Italian. I'm also a fan of Feast - it's in the Gold Coast, but not far to walk down to River North.

i enjoy "terzo piano" in the modern wing of the art institute. contemporary setting appropriate for any attire. the burger trio was great. it came with this homemade ketchup that's interesting and tasty. if you are a member of the museum, you get 10% off.
