AMAZING(new)Fish Tacos-SD!
Mariscos German BEYER - New Taco Truck on Imperial Ave at 22th (or so) across from Farmer's Mkt Building. All we had was fish tacos (we had just had bad bbq, and came upon the truck unawares) but now I know what all you taco truck folks were raving about. Homemade corn tortilla, fried fish with batter so light it melts like butter in your mouth, smudge of crema, abundance of fresh cabbage, salsa fresca. . .
Owners gave me a taste of fish soup (?) and I couldn't believe how tender, fresh the fish in it was or how rico the broth.
I emailed Masa Assassin to get the story. He/she checked out the new truck and wrote me back: " I went to German on Imperial its legit. They have been their 3 months and its their latest permanent location."
It's right off the I5 at Imperial. Easy, Muy Rico, and "legit."
