Drinking in London - Recommendations

I will be in London next weekend and was hoping for some recommendations on where to head to drink. Am likely to be centrally based, is part of a stag do, although i expect numbers to be low and all to be well behaved.

Am after good beer, and ideally microbrewery beers, but am open to suggestions for other good drinking establishments, I can't say no to a good g and t for example.

I suggest Claridges for the best G&T in town and the bar is open until 2.00am!
