Missing Florida
I have lived in Florida most all of my life. I lived in NC for about 3 years early in my first marriage and then moved back to FL when I divorced. That was 32 years ago. I was born at Tampa General Hospital in 1959. So other than that 3 years FL is always been home. Now I am living in SC. I don't like it but it is what my husbands wishes are to be here until he dies. He has end-stage lung disease and his kids are here. I miss the Cubans sandwiches and the Devil Crabs. I just made a trip down there and brought back 12 Cuban sandwiches and 11 loafs of Cuban bread which I divided amongst all the kids. I miss everything about FL, (well maybe not the summer heat and humidity) and will move back there. By the way I grew up in Tampa. I went to Lutz Elem, Buchanan JHS, and Chamberlain HS.
