Gourmet food delivery/caterer for new mom in London/Herne Hill?

My friend is a new, exhausted mum living in Herne Hill and I'm wondering if there are any good catering companies or delivery services that would offer some nice freezable (think gourmet rather than OAP-y TV dinners and frozen lasagnes) meals. I'd like to get her sorted. Any ideas? Thanks!

I'm wondering if this is my new neighbour, who I met for the first time the other day! She had a baby just over a week ago and was clearly finding it tough. Is she American by any chance?

Anyway, there's a place in Abbeville Road in Clapham that does this kind of thing but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. Also Franklins in East Dulwich has opened a farm shop in which they sell restaurant food to take away. My friends has used it and she says it's pretty good. That might serve your purpose well.

My SIL lives in Leyton (NE London) and just had a baby. I'm looking for a similar service. I tried myfoodforyou but haven't heard back from them. I'm not sure if my SIL is in their delivery area either. Does anyone have any other recommendations?

There is a great chef in East Dulwich just near Herne Hill who delivers a weeks food at a time, to put in th efreezer and take out as needed. His website is down at the moment but I will post as soon as it is up
