St-Hubert, while not the best place for food, is your surest bet. They're used to serving families with small children. As long as you don't stray from the standard BBQ chicken offerings you can have a good meal there. I'm sure the Baton Rouge could accommodate you as well. If your looking for something more chowish maybe Chinatown would fit the bill. Most Chinese places are used to families bringing young children.
