Anyone know where Matthew Ridgeway is working these days? I had a great meal at Lacroix when he was chef de cuisine.
He's at the Oak Room in NYC, last I heard. Nice guy, I went to college with him.
He has left the Oak Room and is the chef at a restaurant in Soho, called Le Pescadeux.a 55 seat French Bistro.
I know he's in NYC now, but can't remember the name of his restaurant.... I'll find out and post.
