Going to Jean-Georges tonight! WHAT TO GET?

I am going to Jean-Georges tonight. It may be the only time in my life that I will go there. So I want to be very careful to order correctly. Hence, to the chowhound blog I came. Please give me any suggestions you have. Thanks!

    The egg caviar was one of the most memorable dishes I have ever experienced.

    Also, I'm generally not a fan of tasting menus - just too much food for me all at once - but the Jean-Georges tasting menu was my single finest dining experience.

      Absolutely agree about the egg caviar (one of my all time favorite dishes). If you are going to do that, since there is a $25 supplement, you might as well do the tasting menu which has a few more unforgetable dishes- the garlic soup and frogs legs, and the Turbot in Chateau Chalon sauce. Enjoy!

      Sweetbreads are a must. The lobster with the smoked butter is great also.
