Puttanesca in HK....Inexpensive and they have a whole fresh pasta section on the menu.

Via Emilia's homemade pastas are excellent, the lasagna being the standout. No reservations accepted and cash only.

At that price or just slightly higher you could do Babbo or most of the other top Italian restaurants.

For about $25 Scarpetta has homemade pasta and IMHO much better than Babbo's. (i'm about to get rotten tomatoes thrown at me) but I ate at both restos within a month and Scarpetta's was just sooo much more worth it

agreed on Scarpetta - for fresh pasta, it doesn't get much better.
