Best Overstuffed Specialty Sushi Rolls

I would love to find somewhere (Downtown preferred) to sate my craving for some giant sushi rolls stuffed with tempura, jalapeno, spicy tuna and the like. I'm familiar with all the board favorites for straightforward sushi (Ushi Wakamaru, Kanoyama and the like), but figured I might need to try somewhere else if I wanted to focus on rolls only.

Ideas?

I am no expert on fancy rolls (I tend to go for sashimi), but many of my friends like Takahachi which is in Tribeca - not sure if that counts for downtown. I will say that I order from there regularly and find the fish to be pretty good. Try the Wages of Fear roll - supposedly pretty spicy.
