I saw on a repeat of Top Chef last night that someone made a dish with Lamb and Briased pistacios. I know my husband and his family would love it, but I missed how she did it. Does anyone know? Did she briase the lamb and nuts together?
i remember wanting to try that dish so badly when i watched Stephanie make it on the original episode airing!
