What is the best prix fixe lunch deal in lower Manhattan for $25 and under?

A good friend and I are looking for a delicious lunch deal at a sit down restaurant for under $25. It doesn't need to be fancy but we do want good service. Thanks!

I really enjoyed Perry St. Many choices in entree and starters plus an amuse bouche. The also offer $5 glass of wine for lunch. This chowhound write up inspired me to make a reservation:

I've recommended this lunch deal to 4 other friends and they loved the food, service, and atmsophere. Also enjoyed the West Village neighborhood for an after lunch stroll.

I'll second Gotham Bar and Grill for lunch. One of the best deals in the city.

When you say "lower Manhattan," which neighborhoods do you prefer?

Tocqueville serves a 3-course lunch prix fixe for $24.07. And they offer wine pairings for an additional $15. The cuisine is superb, service is pleasant and attentive, and the beautiful space has understated elegant decor.
