Lunch near Boston Harbor Hotel

Having lunch with a friend on Friday who is staying at the hotel.
I haven't been down to that area for awhile...any suggestions for a nice place within walking distance? She comes once a year from London on business and last year we had lunch at the hotel. She enjoyed being outside , seeing the people and the boats, but the food and the service were very disappointing. Thanks for your help.
