Matyson--current menu?

I'm wondering if any of you have been to Matyson recently and had anything other than the tasting menu. We are going this Thurs. (yea!) and, while I want the tasting menu, I called and they said they couldn't accommodate my husband's gluten intolerance, but that there were many items on the regular menu he could order. I'm getting the tasting menu anyway, but I want to make sure poor hubby has a great meal too. Because I'm obsessive and like to scout out the meal in advance, I'm now wondering what is great on the current menu. Anybody know?

I was just there 2 weeks ago and the posted menu seems accurate:

Thanks, I figured it was accurate. I was curious about which of the things on the current menu are really good. If you don't mind, what did you have and did you like it?

I actually just joined this site (I've been lurking for a long time) specifically to say that the meal that my girlfriend and I had at Matyson recently was one of the best of my life.

The tasting menu we had - super foods -is no longer up, but I'm sure you cant go wrong with anything on the menu

Well, since no one else gave me an answer, I'll answer my own question. We had another superb meal at Matyson last night. I had the lobster tasting menu, which was divine. As we had learned, they couldn't adapt the tasting menu to be gluten free, but the chef was willing to adapt just about anything on the regular menu.

My husband started with the "buffalo" sweetbreads, which were terrific. The buffalo sauce went well with the sweetbreads and the accompaniments were terrific. For his entree, he had the roast chicken, something he doesn't usually like to order at restaurants. It was fantastic. Crispy skinned, juicy chicken with an intensely "corny" creamed corn and fresh peas, along with a delcious sauce of berries and truffle. For dessert, he had a grilled peach with ginger ice cream and blueberry compote. As always, everything was spot-on and really delicious.
