Last I checked Tee-Eva's had them, but if not I have a GREAT recipe from my grandmere that I am happy to pass along. I thought Big Fisherman had them as well, but not 100% certain.

Here goes: But I am guesstimating the teaspoons etc., as I know it by memory and never really follow the recipe. Ingredients are:
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup each of the trinity
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 tablespoon fresh parsley
1/2 cup chopped tomatos (Canned or fresh)
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoons green part of onion
1 pie shell
1/2 cup or more of tails
Melt butter and add trinity, stir until cooked. Add spices and tomatos for a few minutes, and add tails and cook for 5 minutes or so.
Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to pan stir until thick. Stir green onions and parsley in. TAke off burner and cool for 20 minutes or so.
Pour mix into shell and bake for 40 minutes. Cool before cutting. It's very easy to make and I hope I got all of the steps. It is like gumbo, in that it is easier to make than to explain how to make.
