so, I just wanted to put a shout out about their red velvet cupcakes. YUM! and only 1.50$ ea.(Can really taste the cocoa in it)

While there on Sat. (Burbank), I asked about Downey. Looks like not until Spring next year will it open. Apparently the building is really big (will be bigger than Burbank) and there's "architectual discrepencies" between the owners. builders and the city inspectors.
