bed and breakfast cuisine

I love visiting b&b's around the country. The breakfast can be quite and adventure.
In Princeton NJ if you stay at the 300 y/o Inn called Glencairn you will fall in love with the breakfast creations of the Innkeeper/chef Bob Riggs. Enjoy!

*Sigh* My favorite B&B isn't Tristate, and sadly, is in VA and was sold a few years ago, so the breakfast isn't the same, so I wouldn't have the same experience if I went back.

Fortunately, they sold a cookbook at the time and I have a copy. I can recreate my favortie breakfasts at home.

B&B folks will usually let you have a recipe, or publish their own little cookbooks. If you like the food enough, it's something to look into.

I'll put in a vote for the Candlelight Inn in North Wildwood, a stately and beautifully restored mansion to rival the Great Ladies in Cape May - amazing three-course breakfasts, plus fresh-baked cookies and wine at 4pm on the porch -- mmm! Have been to b&b's up and down the Jersey shore and this is our all-time favorite.
