corkage - Restaurant Eve

Is corkage a giant no-no in all of Virginia, or might it be allowed for a very special bottle of bubbly at Restaurant Eve (Tasting Room)?

    Corkage is prohibited in Virginia by state law. There's no special bubbly exception. :-)

      Daniel is correct. No corkage in Virginia except for private, closed door functions.

        But there is at least one restaurant that blatantly ignores the law. However, I would never out them on this board as they seem to get away with it. Amazes me to no end!
