Other good options include Cafe Pinot, Engine Co. No. 28, Roy's and Water Grill. Noe in the Omni doesn't have a shuttle but is walkable. I have enjoyed dining solo at all of them. Unless they changed in the last year, the dining options on the Music Center Plaza itself are a grab & go and a grill (both run by the Patina Group), neither offers table service and the tables are open seating so get crowded around performance times.
