      <content>It's not exactly sold very openly because the Dept. of Agriculture considers it a blight (mmmm, delicious, noxious blight). Your best bet is to go to a heavily Latino area and ask around in Spanish. Try Lennox, Lynwood or East LA. </content>

If posters have any suggestions about where to find this in the LA Area, please do post about it.  We've had to remove some general posts about the legality of fresh huitlacoche from this thread, as that discussion is beyond the scope of this board.
