Charcuterie

Any suggestions for a place that has a great selection of different charcuterie? I am thinking of items that we cannot usually find at most places. Perhaps someplace that makes a great homemade sausage as well.

    The "Cochon Tout Rond" @ Jean talon market is a good place to start for charcuterie.

        It's all good. The Corsican-style liver sausage is one of my favourites.
