Has anyone been to Pierrot on Beacon Hill?

What do you like there and how are the prices? I've been curious as it always looks busy and it has a quaint atmosphere? I love saucy dishes so anything that is like that is of special interest. Also, how are the desserts? If there are other french type bistro's that aren't big like Brass JO for instance that are equal or better I would love to know.

I have always enjoyed this place. I agree with 9lives..Love the duck and the foie gras.

Have not had desserts there but have really liked everything else I have had, especially the pate and foie gras. You can check out the menu at their web site. http://pierrotbistrot.com/index.html

I've been a few times for lunch and dinner and like Pierrot. Favorite dishes are the escargots, steak tartareduck confit,a duck salad and beef Bourgignon. The fish dishes are also very good. Apps in the $10 range and mains in the mid $20s.

I like La Voile a lot..a little pricier.

People seem to enjoy Petit Robert but I haven't been..sure someone will weigh in.
