Taco truck style food for catering

Anyone know of a place that has taqueria style food (meaning the carne asada tacos, burritos, etc) that will come to your house and cater? I've had El Taco Llama before and they are good, but one thing that bothers me is that the price is the same for 50 people as it is for 20 people and they don't leave the leftover food. I'm looking for someone that brings the grill and will cook everything to order as guests order it.
Thanks so much!

Not sure where you're located. If in the SFV area there is a little taqueria place called Pico Pica Rico in Sherman Oaks and they have killer food. I've got a month of catering that I need to deal with at work and they've been bringing in chicken and carne asada street tacos pre-prepared with all the fixin's on the side, sort of like a taco bar with all the sauces, beans, rice, chips etc. It's been the best lunch yet.

Yes, call Rudy from Tu Tacos.

He doesn't cook it to order (bc that would really take a long time when you're trying to feed a lot of people), but you can choose your meats ahead of time, then he will prepare the tacos to order. He leaves all of the food and is just an all around great guy. Cannot recommend him enough.

I've written several reviews about my experience with him, here's one: http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/568284
