Anything new from Avalon to Cape May

Any suggestions welcomed... Going to the new Blackfish in Stone Harbor tomorrow night.

I thought Blackfish was the biggest ripoff I've been to, restaurantwise, in many a year. Boring menu, pedestrian taste, incredibly high prices. The staff, though young, tried but who cares about that? This seemed the kind of place for people who don't really like food very much. Surely the Jersey Shore can do better.

Have not been to Blackfish yet, heard it was good but really big, a turn off for me.

Fuze in Avalon is nice, a little swanky if you care to dress up, but don't have to, jazz on the weekends too.

Also heard that Sora, on the site of the old Sea Salt was very good, got a nice review in the AC Press lately.

Jay's on 3rd in SH is good, as is Quahogs, both were there last year though, so not so new.

so what was Blackfish like? Am curious to hear about this new spot in SH as we are headed there in about a week.
