I remember, just when I moved here last year, that there was a big day long grilling event put on by several local chefs. I've been trying to track down information on it, and whether it is happening again this year.

Anyone have any clues for me about this?

I remember it was:

A summer event
Held at a farm/barn/largish outdoor venue
involved a crazy amount of meat being prepared by local chefs
Sounded like carnivore summer camp
required reservations

Thanks in Advance,
Ben.

Mostly this is a BYOB kinnda event with many people sharing etc.

Remember this is also a fundraiser for Smoke Farms, an artist/free thinker retreat. Which explains the $75 ticket. People also sleep over, go for a swim have all day fun so really think of it more as a total food experience then just as a meal.
