I'm looking to use some in a pasta and crab dish.
They sell it at Mitsuwa Marketplace in Jersey. I'm not sure what the quality is but its one of the few places I see it.

Honestly, I haven't purchased great uni anywhere. The best one I've found in Manhattan is the prepackaged ones at H-Mart on 32nd Street between 5th and Broadway. I liked it better than the live uni they had at Citarella.
