Anniversary dinner in Quebec city

My boyfriend and I will be celebrating our 5th anniversary while in Quebec city and I want to ensure that we have a really memorable meal. I have heard good things about Le Patriarche, but I really dont want to be disappointed so Im just wondering if anyone has any feedback about that particular place or any alternate suggestions. Any and all advice will be appreciated!
