July 4th weekend-Family w/3 and 1 yr old, where to eat?

I was asked to suggest some places for a visiting family to eat with a 3 and 1 y/o while they visit Baltimore. This is not something I can really help with so I'm hoping any of you with experience or recommendations will share.
They are staying on the west side of the harbor, on St Paul/Light Street and are on foot.

For lunch?
Pratt Street Ale House? Kooper's? Ryleigh's?
What about Dinner?
Little Italy?

The O's are out of town and I'm hoping the younger crowd will be out of town for the holiday as well. I didn't want to recommend any inner harbor restos as it will probably be mobbed and waiting with a one year old is probably not on their agenda. Plus there's certainly better food to be had elsewhere.
