Seeking a semi casual and/or hip seafood joint in baltimore...

ive been to baltimore a bunch of times and will be passing through thursday evening on the way to DC from NYC...

in a perfect world, im looking for a casual or semi casual seafood place for dinner near brewer's art so i can have a drink afterwards in one of my favorite baltimore bars.

is there anything in the area that fits the bill? a regular restaurant does the trick as well...possibly something along the lines of the dogwood...but more seafood-based?

Not much in Mt. Vernon, but Mama's on the Half Shell in Canton fits your description and is just a short drive or cab ride away.
