Will be in LR for the weekend and I'm looking for places in or near downtown that serve great Southern breakfasts. Dives are just fine with me.

I wish I had seen this sooner. Definitely check out David Family Kitchen on South Broadway. Unfortunately they are closed on Saturdays, but are kickin' on Sunday mornings.
