San Pedro dinner recs?

Hi, some friends and I are looking for a decent place for dinner around San Pedro... our only requirements are that it not be too loud (so we can have a conversation) and NOT Japanese food (one of the friends is not a fan of Japanese food)

Any recommendations?

I have been hearing very good things about a relatively new place 7th Street Chophouse. The menu looks great and reasonably priced.

We like 22nd street bar & grill for less expensive seafood with a view of the fishing boats outside or Admiral Risty's for a nicer vibe and a great view from up on the PV Peninsula. For Mexican you can't go wrong with the nearby Enrique's in Long Beach (amazing pork shank).

While we have not been yet there have been some very good reports on Ante's which serves Serbian and Croatian/Mediterranean food.

        Neil's or Raffaello's for Italian
