A Pho to Remember

I am a complete novice when it comes to cooking Asian dishes at home. I would like to broaden my horizons (and lower my take-out expenditures!) by learning how to make a great Pho. I would really appreciate it if anyone would care to share their favorite recipe, or give me some pointers. My tummy thanks you!
