How to get home made Rice Milk to taste like store bought?
The web is littered with Rice Milk recipes, and I feel like I've tried most of them.
But no matter what I do, the result -never- tastes very good. It's either got a slimy texture, or it is too watery, or not sweet enough, or it is bland goop.
Is there a way to get home made rice milk to taste like, well Rice Dream, or Trader Joe's Rice Beverage? Or is this just not possible with home methods.
Does anyone have any recipes that have produced Rice Dream - like deliciousness?
I'm starting to suspect all the people who are posting Rice Milk recipes on the web are having a good laugh at my expense!
