Next month I'm getting together a group of friends (approx. 8 so far) in Vegas for a weekend (July 24-26) and I was hoping for recs for places that have quality food with a range in pricing such that someone could get away satisfied for $20-25 but others who were feeling more liberal would still have lots of fine options, as well.

One example of this idea might be Burger Bar, where I assume someone could get a burger with a few extra toppings, fries, and a beer for about $20 while someone else could do some real damage with Kobe beef, foie grois, lobster, truffle, etc. in their burger.

I'm also aware that there are many "Pre-Theater" or "Seasonal Menu" prix-fixes meant to offer inexpensive options at some of the fine dining establishments -- helpful comments down this alley would be which of these might have the best value in the $30-40 menu range?

I'm also open to suggestions of good places native LV residents enjoy. (We'll have cars.)

Thanks for any advice and suggestions.
