Recs for Dalmatia, Croatia?

We'll be traveling around the Dalmatian coast for couple weeks in July, I've managed to find some reccomendations for Split and Dubrovnik, but since we'll mainly be bobbing around the Islands and coastline of Dalmatia, I'm interested in any food and wine related tips on islands like Brac, Mljet and Korcula, or the Peljesac peninsula.

...and for anyone out in the same business, try restaurant Jeny in Gornje Tucepi, just outside Makarska. Food is excellent, service impeccable and the view from the terrace breathtaking. Well worth a detour.
