Server was on the busy side so decided not to hassle her about the preparation (cooked, then battered and fried is a common portuguese recipe). Also Frango na pucara (stewed chicken) which is a nice addition since most of their chicken options are chicken breast, although in general their meat preparations aren't as good as seafood.
