Best Steak Dinner in Bucks Co?

I got to go to BLT Prime in New York City in NYC for a great steak dinner. It was a great meal so I started thinking about where to get a good steak dinner here in Bucks Co so I could complete my blog's Top 5 Best of Bucks Co - Steak. Give me a hand. I have been to Marsha Brown's and thought it was over priced and overly noisy. Earl's Prime, which got 2 stars from Philly Magazine was way over priced and not that good so where else would you point me?

Oh, if you want to read about my BLT Prime experience here is the link but suggest some place in Bucks County. http://petersfoodadventure.wordpress....

  1. We went to Marsha Brown's twice and both times they overcooked my steak. And they claim they are a steakhouse. Whatever. We went to Earl's once. My husband's steak was slightly overcooked, but he needed a power saw to cut it. All set with Earl's. We did have an extremely delightful steak experience at the Freight House in Doylestown. If you decide to do a top 5 in Montco, I would suggest Bridget's 8 West in Ambler.

    1. I lived in Bucks County for over 35 years. I've never ordered steak in any restaurant in Bucks County. In fact, I've only ordered steak in 3 places that I can think of - Ruth Chris's, Morton's, and Del Friscos. That's not to say there aren't any decent steaks being served in Bucks County, it's really that I don't even think about it unless I'm in a "steakhouse". There are just too many other choices. Maybe it comes from being raised in house where we had steak one night a week, every week.
