what to do with a lot of half-and-half?

We don't have an ice cream maker. Any ideas to use up a bunch of half-and-half before leaving on vacation?

    I try not to buy half and half anymore, I will make a mix of my own cream and milk though.
    But when I did, and I'd find that it need to be used, I make quiche, soups, biscuits and gravy and scones.
