What Should I Order At Animal?

I'm going there tonight with a group of food fanatics. Any of you 'Hounds have advice on
anything on the menu that we absolutely should not miss? If you've been to Animal, what was your favorite dish? Have heard about the Foie Gras with Buscuit and Gravy. Is it really that good? Sounds like it would be rather heavy. Not that that's a bad thing. :-)
