Any ideas on where to find yuba (tofu skin) in the 5-boroughs? Already tried Sunshine Mart on 9th. Found a recipe online but it takes 2.5 hours so not practical.
Chinatown has fresh yuba. Deluxe Food Market has both dried and fresh. The fresh ones are located with the fresh prepackaged meat on the side with packaged tofu and other stuff.
