Canada Day

I'm looking for a decent, special-occasion-type place for Canada Day. The challenge seems to be not the number of suitable restaurants but which of them are open on the holiday.

    Hmm, I would turn my seach to hotel restaurants. Perhaps One at Hazelton Hotel?

      I was thinking of one of the restaurants at the Four Seasons. Not sure tho, haven't read up enough about them. Anyone with an opinion?
