I don't know where to buy it - but the Red Violin, the brazilian style meat-on-skewer house on the S side of the Danforth just past Broadview, has it on its buffet - the best thing of their offerings; and I bet their affable and earnestly-trying-to-please owners would be willing to make you some as a special order.
