We've not been to any of the three, but without a moment's hesitation, I'd pick Aldea. *Every* report I've read so far has been overwhelmingly positive. Aldea's Chef/owner George Mendes' last position was as Chef de Cuisine at one of our favorite restaurants, Tocqueville, so it's no suprise to me that he's garnering raves at his own place. If you go, I hear *the* dish to get is the Arroz de Pato.

I don't know about Minetta or Aldea - other hounders will be able to suggest but I can tell you to not bother with DBGB.
