Driving To Algonguin Park Saturday, Need a casual though nice place on the way home for dinner with good food.

Any cuisine will do. No truck type stops though.
I can drive off the highway path if its something special to get to. Small town restaurant with great food.
Thank you,

  1. Stadtlander's new place was suppose to open about now. Its called Haisai and located in Singhampton. If you go, tell us what its like.

Singhampton is over two hours west from Algonquin. Might be a bit of a hike.

If you're hitting the park from Dwight, you might think of the Fiery Grill in Dorset. I know it was for sale recently, but previously did very credible Cajun on a great patio on the river.

Someone else always drives. I don't really know where anything is.

I envy that. I'm looking to try that place you mentioned. Drove by the main street a few months back and there was no sign of where it might be. Might be worth a separate post.

Westside fish and Chips on Miuskoka Road #3 in Huntsville. Fish and chips are great but lots of other things to choose from. Casual, family type place.
