Need Suggestions

I plan to visit Montreal this summer. I haven't been up there in 6-7 years. bck then I frequented a place called Biddles, a jazz joint/restaurant which catered to a 30-40+ crowd. I believe Biddles no longer exists. But I was wondering if someone could recommend any similar places downtown? Nice music, good food , ( actually food not terribly important), diverse, slightly older crowd.

Biddles changed owners and names but it's still pretty much the same. Now known as the House of Jazz/Maison du Jazz. www.houseofjazz.ca
The only other downtown jazz venue with decent food (more of the bar variety) that I know of is Upstairs. www.upstairsjazz.com
