Vegas Fine Dining Question
I found out Picasso cancelled my reservation and will be closed during my trip in two weeks. My question is, where should I go? I've considered Guy Savoy, Restaurant Charlie, Alex and Robuchon. I'm looking for the best bang for my buck in a chef's tasting course. I plan on adding wine tastings as well. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

My pick is Alex; I've dined there 3 times in the past 18 months, and have had great meals all 3 times. I dined at Bar Charlie at the end of March, and while it was excellent, I still prefer Alex. Dined at Robuchon 18 months ago (the night after Alex), and while it was very good, it wasn't memorable and it cost much more than Alex.
