Cheap, Thai fast food in downtown, Toronto?

We're having a pot luck next week. What can $40 buy? Do they sell any party trays for $40?

WOW!! EVERYONE LOVED IT......at least 20 ppl came up to me and asked me where the pad thai came from! Portions were huge too as we still have some leftovers. I can't wait to go back to SUKHO THAI to try more of their menu items FRESH (this was delivered and sat for a few minutes before we started eating). Thank you to all the people that recommended me this place and THANK YOU SUKHO for accommodating our tight budget and doing everything as advertised. I hope our experience will bring you more customers in the future!

I quite like Thai Island in First Canadian Place, down in the foodcourt at Adelaide and York. It's cheap and cheerful and there is lots of turnover so everything is pretty fresh. They do a very good green curry chicken and a great veggie noodle bowl with springrolls on the side.

I made the order. Talked to the owner/chef and they seemed very nice.

$60 worth of sukthothai pad thai (peanuts, hot sauce on the side) incl. tax, tips, delivery for ~50 people to try. It will take them around 15 minutes to deliver so I hope the pad thai doesn't turn bad.

By "fast food", I mean non-catering takeout...I checked out all the catering menus and they're $100+...we only have a budget of $40 (5 ppl split) and we want to order enough food for the 5 of us to share with 50 other people.

Well, you could purchase maybe four or five really delicious dishes from Sukho Thai. Inexpensive and authentic, what more can you ask for? You'd have to call them, though, to find out about party trays.
