Do you really want it catered? Call the Ravenous Pig, it's worth it. Care to do it yourself? I built one using 40 cinder blocks, 4 pieces of 3x4 fencing and 3 metal posts and 1.5 bags of charcoal. All for under $90. then we got a 29lbs pig dressed for $35 and roasted it for 3.5 hours. With Filipino recipe found online. It was wonderful. We are roasting another one this weekend for the cost of the charcoal and the pig, this time a 40lbs'er. wooohooo!!!!
