Exciting food near PATH stations

So, I'm a student in Hoboken and one of my brothers is coming to visit for a weekend. I want to take him somewhere interesting but not TOO expensive because I am notably poor (college student).
I get to Manhattan via the PATH so it would be nice if the place wasn't too far from a PATH station because I'm not a big fan of the subway. However, other good places that are easy to get to from PATH via subway would be cool too.

You might want to check out Azya. It's a short walk from the 33rd street PATH. The white truffle pizza is great! If it's a nice day, I would sit outside, the inside is on the smallish side.

      Thank you :)

Near the Christopher station there is a great German beerhouse/restaurant called Lederhosen. Baoguette/Pho Sure is certainly exciting food, but casual. Grand Sichuan keeps the Asian theme and the heat in a sit-down restaurant with very fair prices. Keep Malatesta in mind, too, for good Italian.

Near 14th Street there's Alta which is moderately priced and very good.

My favorite "go-to" place, El Charro, is just a 2-block walk from the 9th Street PATH station. Delicious and affordable REAL Spanish food, in a cozy setting. I've been going here for years, and everything is always delicious.
