        <content>I know adding any water to melted chocolate will make it seize but i was just wondering if anyone knows if adding egg yolks will cause it to seize as well? i am trying to make chocolate mousse and the recipe says to add egg yolks and vanilla essence to the melted chocolate, i am just worried it might seize when i add this to the chocolate. so if anyone can help?? </content>

      <content>How much chocolate to how much egg yolk?  There is a threshold at which chocolate can accept liquid, it's small amounts of liquid that cause disaster.</content>
